Retailer Custom Images

If a Retailer would like to use their own custom photos for in-stock vehicles on their website, they can opt-out of the complimentary Retailer Vehicle Inventory Imagery solution in just a few simple steps.

Retailers will need to fill out the form below as this information will help us maintain accurate records and ensure Retailer photos are properly merchandised.

Once the form is submitted, your INFINITI Technical Strategist (ITS) will be in contact to confirm that your opt-out was received and will communicate the expected timing. Your ITS will assist in managing until complete.

Please be aware that if the opt-out is chosen, Retailers must ensure they are sending custom photos from their DMS/IMS in the daily inventory feed to their website provider. The complimentary Retailer Vehicle Inventory Imagery will still be in place as a back-up option for vehicles missing imagery or in-transit.

It is recommended to follow the Retailer Custom Image Standards when capturing your vehicle images. We appreciate your commitment to upholding INFINITI's standards and look forward to seeing your dealership's unique vehicles showcased in a professional and impactful way.
